This hackathon is free! It's open to all Western Washington University and Whatcom Community College computer science students.

Participants will be provided with a free T-shirt, 24 hours of free food, a chance to win prizes, and networking opportunities!

Projects will be judged on functionality, ingenuity, design, social improvement. Prizes will be awarded to the top team overall, and the highest scoring team in each category will receive an award. There will also be an award for the best team name and a surprise category that will be revealed the morning of the hackathon.

You are permitted to brainstorm and plan your project before the hackathon, but no code can be written before 11 AM on February 10th.

We will be requiring Git commits to ensure adherence to this rule.
